Psalm 40:8, "I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart."
Not my will; not all I gain or lose
Not my whims; not the life I would choose
Not my comforts; not the "good" that I seek
Not the easy pleasures; not desires, strong or weak
Not dreams; not castles built of sand
Not lofty goals; not works done by my hands.
Nothing, nothing but You
Your heart, Your story, Your glory
Nothing, nothing but You
You always before me.
