For all my fellow solo parents who are working so hard every day to parent and heal from their wounds.
Craggy soil Mixed with grating sand Arid winds pummel Sear the life upon this strand Sunlight blazes Scorches with a heavy hand Yet there they are Wildflowers blooming on the side of the road.
Barely noticed Blossoms insignificant and small Radiant miracles In ground scarcely made for life at all Lifting their faces heavenward Their Creator they enthrall Gloriously growing Wildflowers blooming on the side of the road.
